I created this in 1992. This recipe is fantastic.
A blend of peppers with a bit of heat. Great for seasoning the inside cavity of your chicken or turkey, mix with ground meat or poultry for burgers or meatloaf, mix with mayo for a great dip (veggies, chips even French fries), sprinkle some in while you are melting your cheese for nachos. Please experiment, as there are many uses with this seasoning.
Ingredients: sea salt, bell peppers, minced garlic, jalapeno peppers, special blend of herbs & spices. Msg.free, Sugar free, Gluten free - no additives or preservatives. Silica gel canister for easy flowing.
I created this in 1993. This seasoning is excellent on everything. I named it Steak N’ Chop as I wanted a seasoning especially for its name – I was wrong. You can use this on everything. As a well-known chef told me “if I could, I would put it on my cereal” – this was and is his favourite seasoning. This chef has tried to copy this recipe – Forget it. The REAL recipe is how it stands with the Stoiantsis Family. People can use the name BUT this does not make it the ORIGINAL.
When you use this seasoning, you have no need to go out and have a gourmet steak, honestly when this is sprinkled on your steak and cooked your favourite way, the flavour lingers on your palate…deeeelicious. (I have even put it on my fish, before broiling – excellent) – Please experiment. I am always saying experiment, but when you have good seasonings or spices you can Experiment without failing.
Ingredients: salt, special blend of herbs & spices, lemon zest, celery seed, Msg.Free, Sugar Free, Gluten Free. No additives or preservatives. Silica gel canister for easy flowing.
