New Potatoes (red skin) of Yukon Gold
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Canola Oil
Your choice of VALERIE'S ALL PURPOSE SPICE, VALERIE'S STEAK N' CHOP or VALERIE'S SOUTHWEST SEASONING
Rosemary - preferably fresh if not sprinkle dry lightly
Fresh minced garlic
Take potatoes and 1/4 them or lager potatoes in 1/8's
Brush potatoes with extra virgin olive oil or canola oil, then sprinkle them liberally with the VALERIE'S SPICE OF YOUR CHOICE,
a sprinkle of rosemary and freshly minced garlic. Toss them thoroughly so everything blends.
For the Bar-B-Que: place potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil, then seal and place on the Bar-B-Que or grill until they are tender (be sure to check them to make sure they do not burn).
For the Oven: Place potatoes in a baking dish and bake st 375 degrees F. for approximately 45 minutes or until they are tender.
