Chickens - 2 fryers (2 1/2#'s each)
Butter - 1/2 pound
Crisco - 1/2 pound
Flour - 2 cups
Bread Crumbs - 2 cups
Paprika - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 2 cups
Eggs - 2
VALERIE'S ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees F.
Wash chickens thoroughly, pat dry, then cut into 1/8ths.
In heavy pot melt butter & crisco combination.
In 3 separate bowls 1) milk and egg mixture
2) breadcumbs seasoned with VALERIE'S ALL PURPOSE SPICE
3) flour seasoned with VALERIE'S ALL PURPOSE SPICE
Take chicken pieces, dip them in the milk & egg mixture, then pat the in the seasoned flour, re-dip in the egg mixture then pat them in the seasoned breadcrumbs, shake of excess.
Place pieces of chicken in the heated crisco & butter fry until golden brown, then place on plate with paper towel, repeat process until all pieces are done.
When chicken pieces are done, place them on the rack in the sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees until chicken pieces are cooked thoroughly.
