Ingredients

5# - lean groung beef
3 - garlic clove minced
1 - whole spanish onion chopped fine
olive oil or canola oil twice around the pan
2 - whole eggs forked and mixed
1/4 - cup breadcrumbs
1/4 - cup VALERIE'S SWEET SAUCE (or HOT SAUCE)
2 - dashes of worcestershire sauce
4 TBSP - grated parmesan cheese
VALERIE'S ALL PURPOSE SPICE (just eye ball it)

Cooking Instructions

PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350 deg. F.
Place oven rack - 2nd from bottom.
Baking time approxomately 1 hr.

In saute pan go twice around with the oil.
Drop in finely chopped onions and saute until softened.
Drop in minced garlic - keep stiring (do not burn)
Remove and let cool.
In a bowl - break up your ground beef loosely - make a well.
In well add the eggs.
bread cumbs,
VALERIE'S SAUCE,
worcestershire sauce,
parmesan cheese,
And seasoning.
*****Mix gently and loosley do not over mix*****

Place meat mixture in loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place on a tray.

When loaf is 3/4 done you can brush the top with VALERIE'S COOK-OFF SAUCE ( this makes a delicious glaze) be sure not to burn the top.

** Serve with smashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, vegetable of you choice and freshly made garlic bread.
