1 Fryer or boiling chicken
28oz Tomato Juice or Crushed Tomatoes
1# bag of Rigatoni
VALERIE'S ALL PURPOSE SPICE OR STEAK N' CHOP SEASONING
Parmensan Cheese
Fresh chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
Chili Peppers if desired
Wash chicken and cut into 1/4's.
Place in pot and cover with cold water.
Cook chicken pieces until tender, then remove from pot and place on a platter.
When cool, remove skin and bones from chicken and break into bite size pieces.
Add tomato juice or crushed tomatoes to chicken broth.
Season with VALERIE'S ALL PURPOSE SPICE OR STEAK N' CHOP SEASONING unit desired taste.
Bring broth, tomatoes & seasoning to a boil.
Pour in 1# bag of rigatoni.
When rigatoni is approximately 5 minutes from being finished, put chicken pieces back into pot and stir with the pasta.
Place on a platter and top with parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
*****This has been a favourite since my Mother used to make it - M y husband was introduced to it back in the early 1950's.
My husband, children and grandchildren just love it.*****
