1 - TBSP. CAYENNE PEPPER
8 - TBSP. RUBBED DRIED OREGANO
8 - TBSP. GROUND CUMIN
2 - 28oz CANS OF CRUSHED TOMATOES
4 - CUPS OF LOW SODIUM BEEF BROTH
1 - TBSP. CRUSHED DRIED CHILIES
8 - TBSP. VALERIE'S CHILI CHUNGA SEASONINGS
6 - TBSP. GRANULATED GARLIC
1/2 - TSP. OF GROUND NUTMEG
6 - TBSP. FLOUR
4 - TBSP BROWN SUGAR
2 - 28oz CANS OF RED KIDNEY BEANS - DRAINED & RINSED

Cooking Instructions:

SAUTE DICED ONIONS UNTIL SOFT, THEN ADD MINCED GARLIC - STIR.
ADD 5# OF LEAN GROUND BEEF OR THE COMBINATION OF BEEF & ITALIAN SAUSAGE: STIR AND COOK UNTILTHERE IS NO PINK SHOWING.
ADD: 1 TBSP. CAYENNE PEPPER and 8 TBSP. GROUND CUMIN.
KEEP ON STIRRING.
ADD: 2 - 28oz CANS OF CRUSHED TOMATOES; STIR
ADD: 4 CUPS OF LOW SODIUM BEEF BROTH - STIR
ADD: 1 TBSP. CRUSHED DRIED CHILIES, 8 TBSP. VALERIES'S CHILI CHUNGA SEASONING, 6 TBSP. GRAUNULATED GARLIC and 1/2 tsp.
GROUND NUTMEG - STIR & STIR.
ADD: 6 TBSP. FLOUR & 4 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR - STIR.
ADD: 2 CANS OF RED KIDNEY BEANS - drained & rinsed & 2 CANS OF WHITE KIDNEY BEANS - drained & rinsed.
STIR & STIR SOME MORE.. COOK UNIT BEANS ARE TENDER AND THE FLAVOURS MARRY.

OPTION: WHEN SERVING TOP WITH DICED ONIONS OR SHREDDED CHEESE OR BOTH.
